Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my coverage for ASD ( aba therapy)?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What are my in/ out of network benefits?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per day of therapy ?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Benefits & Eligibility will be verified with your carrier.
Payment
We accept payment via check only.
Client Forms
Must be completed and terms reviewed / accepted.
Cancellation Policy
At least 4 hours advance notice is requested.
